I will have four posts total about Skagway and the surrounding area. Skagway, Alaska, was where the ships dropped off the prospectors during the gold rush. The town has a very colorful history. Now it’s a tourist town, population about 1000.

Plus the typical gift shops. A lot of shops in Alaska sell mammoth tusks.
