Annapolis

The night before we sailed to Bermuda we met our friends in Annapolis, Maryland, and spent the night at our usual hotel. But the hotel had changed hands. It was now called Hotel Annapolis. And it was completely redecorated. Dig this:

Geeze! Who did they hire to decorate? The cabin boy I think. I’ve stayed in a lot of hideously decorated hotel rooms in my days, but Geeze!… And this hotel isn’t cheap! But here was the best part:

When you’re sitting on the pooper doing your duty, the Admiral is staring at you:

Geeze!

Tomorrow off to Bermuda.

Andy McK wanted to see a certain strip from awhile back. 2002 in fact. It’s in this story, Andy. By the way, if you have a favorite strip or story, drop me an email, and I’ll do my best to find it. Try to give me an approximate year when it appeared. It saves me a ton of time. Going through over 12,000 strips is tough.

Welcome back Bud! With decoration like that, would keep me awake at night :/

  2. Hans says:

Hopefully you won’t get hit by a meteor, while the captain steers your ship

Very wise of you to sail to Bermuda (instead of, for example, flying)!
