Is it duck season? Duck medallions in orange sauce. One of the better things the French gave us.
I buy already cooked duck with orange sauce at Costco. It’s very easy to fix, 20 minutes in the o0ven, and it’s really good.
A man of couture. Best I had was in a small restaurant in Montreal. It was near the harbor and we watched a drug deal go down at the entrance to the restaurant. They had a coal cooking stove in the middle of the place. The French guy I was with said it was the best in Montreal. Good wine too.
