I drew that strip because there are lots of people who take things much too seriously. I got tossed out of quite a few papers for stuff that some people find offensive. I mean, what’s wrong with a bearded lady who is married to a duck (or a man who looks like a duck, I’m not sure which) but having an illicit love affair with an 18 year old schlub?

Maybe you should called the strip, Adventures in the US Senate. Your characters could be stand ins for people in politics sorts of like the characters in The Wizard of Oz. Image who Sid or Ma Packer could represent. Dr Pork obviously would be the surgeon general. Oh the possibilities. Oh the lawsuits. Oh the cash flow!
