Ok, I got it enlarged enough to see it’s Little Lulu. Point to Arnold.
I loved Little Lulu. I still have about 10 of her old comics. I’d have more, but when I was 12 my old man threw away all my comics when I was at school. I had a Captain Marvel from 1947!
