My problem is that the boat is on a trailer stored in a secure lot.The trailer is 35 feet long, and the rig weighs 2 1/2 tons. Even if my Nissan Pathfinder can tow it (specs say it can tow 5000 lbs.), I don’t have the experience to drive it through town, put it in the H2O, etc. In October my cousin is installing a lift at his condo on a canal. Then I’ll be on it just about every week. Until I get tired of it. People come to Florida, always wanted a boat, but one, take it out a dozen times and then it sits there.
At one time I owned 35 toasters. Frau G put her foot down. Now I only have 5.
