Love that car! In high school, I wanted a Studebaker Grand Turismo Hawk. All of them that I saw had rusted side vents, but what a beautiful car. Came across one last year and took photos. Ended up with a Volvo as my first car – picked it up at the factory.

My first car was an old 54 Pontiac. I threw a rod in the Georgia boondocks and had to hitch hike home
Those old beautiful cars got terrible gas mileage. EPA demands we drive cars shaped like jelly beans.
I did several DeSoto jokes about that. Those cars got 12 mpg if you were lucky.
