I really enjoy the 1957 Desoto in your strip. I remember mom bought a new white one in 1957 and we all loved the fins. We really enjoyed that car. Great memories! Thank you for this strip.
My friend in college had a ’57 DeSoto. I had a 58 Plymouth. Neither one ran worth a damn. Couldn’t start them half the time. This was 1964-65. He would call me up or I would call him for a push start. Both were automatic transmissions, so we’d have to get up to around 60mph. Lucky we didn’t kill ourselves.
